Exchange and Return Policy

Returns If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 7 calendar days. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and with all items. Send an email to [email protected] with the order number and photos of the product.

Exchanges Received the wrong product or missing an accessory? Contact us within 7 calendar days by emailing [email protected] with the order number and photos of the received product.

Defective Product Identified a defect? You have 90 calendar days to request an exchange or return. Send photos of the product and the order number to [email protected]. Defects caused by misuse are not covered.

Conditions for Exchange and Return

  • Product without signs of use, stains, dirt, or deterioration.
  • 90-day period for defects and 7 days for order error or regret, counted from the receipt.

Refund Methods

  • Discount Coupon: Valid for 90 days, cannot be sold or converted into cash.
  • Credit Card Refund: The process can take up to 2 months, according to the card administrator's policy.
  • Refund by PIX or Transfer: Refund within 30 days after receipt and analysis of the product.
  • Refund by Boleto: Refund within 30 days after receipt and analysis of the product.
